The new granted projects are launched in Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles

On the 12th of January, the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles held its start-up seminar for the 10 newly granted projects from the 2022 Mindchangers call for proposals. During the whole day, the grantees had the opportunity to get to know each other and to meet those from the 2021 call for proposals.

Last December, the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles announced the 10 awarded projects of the second and last Mindchangers’ call for proposals and invited the grantees to a start-up seminar on the 12th of January. This seminar was an opportunity to celebrate both the launch of new projects and the end of previous ones.

In the morning, the new grantees presented their projects to their peers and some members of the selection and steering committees who had also been invited for the occasion. The presentations were met with enthusiasm and interest by all the attendees, and gave the opportunity to discuss more over lunch.

The afternoon was focused on preparing the new grantees to this coming year, especially through a workshop based on the SWOT matrix. This activity was designed to help the grantees highlight the strengths and opportunities of their projects as well as discuss solutions to overcome the shared weaknesses and threats they identified.

At the same time, the grantees from the first call gathered for an evaluation session about their Mindchangers’ experiences, providing useful feedbacks to make this second round of supported projects even more successful.
