The second Mindchangers’ call for proposals was launched at the end of March in the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. Just like the first call, it is addressed to local authorities and non-profit organisations willing to build projects for and most importantly, with young people in order to raise awareness on the SDGs by focusing on climate change and migration. Three info seminars were organised to present and explain the call in detail, gathering more than 30 participants from public administrations and the non-profit sector. Six technical support sessions are also planned to help prospective candidates with the application process. The call closes on 26th June and selected projects are expected to run from December 2022 to November 2023.
In 2021, the first call for proposals led to the selection of 10 high-quality projects that are currently developing their action in Wallonia and the Brussels Region. Displaying a variety of activities ranging from creating a play, to participating in a collective vegetable garden or designing a radio programme, the selected projects invite young European citizens to engage in concrete actions and communication activities.
